1. Agreement
By creating a ULS account or submitting a shipping request you agree to these terms. Accounts are reviewed and must be approved by our team before shipping requests can be submitted.
2. Quotes and pricing
Estimates shown by the quote calculator are indicative. A binding price is confirmed by our operations team when a request is approved, and appears on the receipt attached to the shipment.
3. Prohibited goods
Explosives, narcotics, live animals, unlicensed weapons, counterfeit goods and hazardous materials without prior written approval may not be shipped through the ULS network.
4. Liability
Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value recorded on the shipping request, provided coverage was purchased. Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery.
5. Delivery windows
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather and carrier capacity. Delays are reflected on your tracking timeline as soon as they are known.
6. Payment
Payment terms are arranged with our operations team. Payment status for each shipment is recorded on the shipment and its receipt.
7. Account suspension
ULS may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt to ship prohibited goods, or provide false shipment information.
